Kills Rats on Contact

Riled by rats? That is a common response to their damaging presence on ones property. Wild rats are frequently responsible for destroying grounds, food supplies, and spreading disease.

Wild rats dig and live in underground burrows. Burrows can be simply a chamber connected to the outside by a short tunnel, or can be a large complex of interconnecting tunnels, passages, and cavities. A rat requires food for bait, with a couple of its favorite bait foods being peanut butter and Cheez-Whiz.

Introducing the Molecat

MOLECAT is a powder-activated pest control device that kills rats in their tunnels. This is accomplished by using a controlled blast which is directed onto the rat – making the unit a quick and humane way to exterminate rats (or black rats, brown rats, pack rats, Norway rats, kangaroo rats, and cotton mouse).

Preparing armed unit for Rats –

Place the entire MOLECAT unit in a Scent-Free bag. Put peanut butter or Cheez-Whiz on the outside of our bags will entice the rat to eat, triggering the MOLECAT. The bags prevent the odor of flashpowder and human scent when inserted into hole as unusual odors will discourage rats from revisiting the hole. Stir the Trigger end of MOLECAT in the loose dirt to help remove scent that may be on the bag.

After the unit has fired –

Most of the time you will not see the dead rat as the pressure expelled during the blast pushes the rat back into its tunnel system. Leaving the dead rat in the hole will help deter other rats from moving in.
